Excellent; however, our itinerary changed due to a flight delay and we did not have a local number to call the Holiday Inn to talk with them about our return reservation. We were traveling internationally overnight and on the weekend. Called the toll free number but received a message saying the office was closed. As soon as we were back in the states, I continued to call the toll free number and received the same message. By the time I finally reached someone at the toll free number, we were told our 24-hour notice to make changes in our reservation was no longer available. The online reservation did not alert me to take the local Holiday Inn phone number where we parked and I did not have internet access to locate the number. IE and Google search engines were blocked by the country we were travel in and those were the only search engines we had on our laptop. Despite all this, the stay at the Holiday Inn RDU was clean, comfortable and excellent staff. Shuttle drivers were excellent and personable!

The room was great. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service to and from the airport was good.
Good value, though the room is very small
We loved the friendliness of the personnel and the cleanliness of the hotel. The shuttle operated efficiently and breakfast suited. The hotel had recently been updated. It's not a Four Seasons but exceeded all expectations for what it is. Can't ask for more and will be back the next time we fly out of Raleigh!

Just what we needed for the trip.
This was my first stay with Sonesta, which I chose because of the 30-day parking. I had a great stay, with friendly, helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a restful sleep before my morning flight. I will stay here again.
Early flight, nowhere to leave your car or don’t want to get up that early to drive from home? This is the smart place to go. Hotel people were lovely, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The very nice breakfast starts at 4 A.M. - outmeal, DIY waffles, biscuits and gravy, juices, cold cereals, Danish type pastries... really nice.
Outstanding customer service from entire staff especially Ivanna. The shuttle was on time. Nothing negative to comment on.

We had an early fight this property was perfect for a stay the night before. Friendly staff, very clean and convenient. Breakfast is offered, they don’t start serving until 6, we had to leave at 5. We will stay here in the future.
First the STAFF. Teresa checked me in this time, confirmed my reservation/parking requirements and security for vehicle during my extended parking. When booking online you have options for extended parking such as w/4/7/10/15 days which saves money over other parking options at the airport or nearby. SECOND: Excellent facility and accommodations. Some nights have free social period with taco bar or other food which is more than adequate for a meal, PLUS free beer/wine, tea or juice. Large rooms with sofa/sitting area, full size refrigerator, kitchenette, microwave, eating utensils THIRD: Convenience to alternative dining for those who desire other menu items with variety of offerings/budget options. FOURTH: Less Stress!!! No interstate accidents causing you to miss an important flight! Free shuttle service even at 4:30 am
