CROWNE PLAZA AIRPORT I-95 JACKSONVILLE

Good value for a nice room and the ability to park your vehicle. Front desk help was friendly and everything was clean which is a plus in my book. Shuttle driver was nice even though I left at 4:30am!

Check-in was fine as was the room. It was disappointing that they are no longer serving the advertised hot breakfast and apparently haven since 03/2020, due to civic. It seemed that should have been corrected by now.

The convenience and opportunity to park there is wonderful. Clean, spacious room was very comfortable.

We arrived around 2am after our flight was delayed and the receptionist was so kind and welcoming, everyone was super nice. The room was clean and quiet and felt very safe. Overall would recommend!!

The room was clean, food at bar was good. Waitress was wonderful. Lady at check in was unfriendly and when I called for extra pillows they said they did not have any. The entire place smelled like weed, Smokey hall ways and even the room smelled of weed. We have stayed here multiple times before flights out of O\'Hare, not sure if we will be back, just don\'t care for the smell in the hotel it self.
