Holiday Inn Express Vancouver Airport RICHMOND

Clean, well maintained property with excellent beds and linens, spacious clean and modern rooms and great breakfast. Staff were excellent! Shuttle to airport was excellent and long term parking, within a secured and fenced area was excellent.

Stayed here when we leaving for our trip. Parked our car for 2 weeks. Great location from airport. Free shuttle to the airport.

Our room was simply furnished, but clean with everything we needed. The provided breakfast was more than expected. Parking is easy and the shuttle to the airport was prompt. Would stay again.

We did the Park, Fly, Sleep deal, we came over from Vancouver Island, parked our car, were shuttled over to the airport, shuttled back upon our return and spent the night as our return flight was late. All went very smoothly. Bonus was the included breakfast, so many options, very happily surprised!

Although we ask the front desk for shuttle hours and when we should be there. They never said you had to book the shuttle ahead of time which created some issues in the morning. Could have been avoided if the front staff said something. Otherwise the rest of the stay was great! Holidays inns are nice and newer compare to other hotels.

Our flights kept get getting delayed, nice to be in a warm hotel with so comfy warm beds. Staff was very thorough with checking and reminding when breakfast times were. Gave directions on where park for a park and fly stay. Breakfast was great. The chamber maids were on our floor when we were leaving, singing Christmas carols,2 happy ladies, keeping everything very clean! Our flight has been delayed further , we had to leave and travel back home for 3 days and we will come back hotel and leave our vechile in its reserved spot for the rest of our holiday.

The staff we very helpful and personable both at check in and check out. Went above our expectations for an ‘express’ hotel.

Front desk personnel were fabulous very accommodating, friendly and professional. The free Shuttle to the airport was clean, prompt and the driver was informative, friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

We appreciated the 24hr airport shuttle and the parking that was available while we travelled. The bed was very comfortable with high quality linens and comfortable pillows. I appreciated the Watkins brand shampoos and soaps in the bathroom. There was a keurig coffee maker in the room and a fabulous breakfast in the morning.
