Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Airport South/Florence FLORENCE

Hotel is fabulous; clean, new, friendly staff. “24 hour” airport shuttle was not available so manager called their “car service” to pick us up. The car was an old, dirty, janky minivan with warning lights on on the dashboard and a seat that didn’t function.

The staff when we checked in was friendly and helpful but not very able about the stay & patk. We were misinformed about our shuttle to the airport. The morning staff was wonderful in getting it straightened out. Not sure yet if we will have a ride from the airport back to our car.
