Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport, an IHG Hotel PHOENIX

The hotel was very nice. It?s conveniently located next to the Phoenix skytrain at 44th St. They have a shuttle that runs to the airport every half an hour, but on the way back it was more convenient to take the skytrain to 44th St. and walk to the hotel. However, when I went to leave the parking ramp, the machine did not recognize the ticket that I was given at the front desk when I checked in. I had to sit on the intercom with someone in a completely different location who wanted to know my confirmation number and room number (from a week ago). He couldn?t find anything and finally just let me through the gate. That?s clearly not the way it should work and I do not know which party needs to address the issue - the hotel, the garage managers or the parksleep staff.

The room was good - lots of space. The bit of traffic noise was fairly well insulated. Restaurant is tiny but food was very good.

Best location for PHX. Beautiful Property. Staff was excellent. Bradley at the front desk was awesome.

Surprisingly quiet, especially within short train distance of airport. You can walk to the Skytrain from the front of the hotel faster than taking the shuttle. Super comfy beds. Water pressure was lacking but towels were fluffy.

Our room was on the seventh floor. We had a good view of the city in the airplanes flying in the room was quiet. The staff was very courteous and it was great parking in the covered parking garage since it’s a large hotel we were in a nice area near the airport, it only took five minutes to get to the airport. And our driver was very nice.

Crowne Plaza Hotel was not only very convenient for an 8 day overnight parking with 4am shuttle, but a wonderfully clean and comfortable King Room. I will definitely be booking here again for my next early morning flight.
