We paid for a room for 3 and were given a room for 2 when we arrived. When we showed a booking confirmation for 3 , we were offered a rollway bed. We were only given a $10 discount back after insisting on some compensation. When the rollaway arrived the mattress was stained and dirty. The toilet in the room was plugged and we were made to retrieve a plunger from the office and fix it ourselves! The continental breakfast room was absolutely filthy with spilled food and grime all over the cabinets and drawer fronts and handles. There was no toilet paper (only paper towels) in the office lavatory. TERRIBLE experience for $130. Never again.
