Hotel was in a great location right off of I95. There were several food venues near the hotel but the hotels restaurant was closed. Left our vehicle on property and took an uber to the port.

Found the hotel after searching the internet for hotels that provide parking for cruise customers. With a 1-night stay, I was able to keep my vehicle there for 7 full days. Perfect, but... Hotel and Room: it is an older building and the room seem rundown; however, it served its purpose for our 1-night stay with the parking. We didn\'t see anything wrong with the room itself. Restaurant: It was closed so we couldn\'t try it out. No breakfast was included, but they did have a snack shop where you could single-serve cereal and other things. Customer service: The two guys who checked us in were great. They answered all of our questions. The female attendee the following morning missed the mark on customer service. She had gone on a bathroom break, which was probably 5-10 mins. There were 5 families waiting to get checked out by the time she arrived at the front desk. We told her we wanted to check out, but she quickly (with an annoyed voice) told us to just put the keys in the basket. We told her we wanted a receipt, which she eventually handed us without a thank you or anything nice to give us a nice, lasting impression regarding our stay. Overall, it was a nice stay, but that last impression left a sour impression on our departure. Note on location: It seemed odd to have a hotel in that particular location, but with the available Portuguese restaurants a few mins drive away, we loved it. We might consider staying there again in the future for the purpose of keeping our vehicle close to the cruise ports (which was about 30-40 mins Uber ride).

The hotel was clean and comfortable, they are working on updating the premises but having a lot of trouble getting new employees to work. They offer Free Breakfast but do to no employees to operate it, the breakfast was cancelled. We were close enough to Cape Liberty Cruise Port that the LYFT ride was only $35.00 and worked well. We picked up the car on the 23rd with no problems. I would recommend this facility.

Front desk Staff was very helpful! Restrooms in the lobby were out of order, so that was a little inconvenient. But we left our car there during our 6 day cruise; super convenient and very low cost! Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. We did eat in the restaurant since we got in late; not impressed with dinner.

We took a cruise out Bayonne and it was a short distance to the cruise terminal! We left our car there for the duration of our cruise for a low cost!

We arrived December 22 2017, after a long drive from north of Toronto, around 1;30 am. The front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating and helpful with our questions. Room was clean and a nice size for the 4 of us. Stayed one night before our cruise. In the am, we had a wonderful gentleman by the name of Tyrone who went above and beyond to help us secure a taxi and we were very impressed with his customer service!! Breakfast was ok and parking was excellent for our plans. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!
