ParkSleepHotels was fantastic to work with, and we will definitely use them again. Crowne Plaza San Francisco had some glitches on our return. The hotel shuttle did not show up despite two calls to the hotel, where the staff assured us that the shuttle was on the way. We waited more than 45 minutes and ended up just calling a Lyft. I want a partial refund from the Hotel for its failure to provide all of the services promised, but I cannot figure out how to use the Site to communicate with the Hotel. I will likely choose a different hotel when working with Park Sleep Hotels next time.
