I reserved a site earlier in the day and did not receive an email confirmation. I was a little concerned (the motel I reserved had been sold out) and called them...they were awesome..no phone hold, knew exactly all my info and assured me that I would receive a confirmation or they would get me into another location for the same price. I did receive the confirmation and all was well! Very efficient!
