I called to find out about a charge. The hold time was unbelievably short. The agent handled my request quickly and sent me a requested statement immediately. Nothing could have gone more smoothly.

Janine was awesome as she assisted me because I was not understanding that the booking of extra days, after the 7 included days ,would be charged separately at a different price, I then booked the incorrect number of days and she was so gracious in her assistance to fix my error. Was easy to navigate registering on line and agent that I spoke with the following day to confirm the hotel knew we were parking at the biginning of our trip and sleeping at the end. Also confirmed the online price of additional parking. ParkSleep package parking fees are much better than what hotel listed.

The big plus of this site is the fact you can call and actually speak to someone and they have been helpful every time. Other sites only communicate through email and their response seems to be a general automated answer.
