Quality Inn Buffalo Airport CHEEKTOWAGA

Very convenient location, for flying out the next morning and leaving vehicle. Rooms are very tired looking, and the continental breakfast was really non existent.

Worked well to stay overnight & park rather than have the early morning stress of driving and finding more expensive parking!

We stayed the night prior to our flight. We choose this hotel as they offered to keep our vehicle while we were on vacation. The service and price was great. The rooms could use some updating but everything was clean and it was just fine for an overnight stay. Again the price was right!!! We did not use the service of the breakfast as we were leaving so early in the morning. The shuttle was there waiting for us and the gentleman at the counter stated go ahead and get yourself some breakfast or at least a coffee on the go as the shuttle will wait for you. I appreciated his offer however I recognized we had to get going so I turned down his offer. Again very generous. We will certainly stay here again.

Love the shuttle to the airport and free long term parking - it makes travelling a breeze! Lower rating on the pool and spa because there wasn't one. Service was good but not fantastic and cheerful like you usually expect.

Good points: Hotel is very near airport and breakfast is available from 4 am. Bad points: There are several parking areas for adjoining hotels. It was very full when I arrived and I was worried that I had parked in an unauthorized area. The hotel also automatically added an extra charge to my bill for a room safe which they refunded after I complained.

Friendly staff. Speedy shuttle service. Clean room except carpet needed shampooing. Fridge in room would have been an asset. I would definitely stay here again.

The service was fantastic with both front desk clerks being very attentive and cheerful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed and location were perfect. We are looking forward to returning from our vacation to our car which we left in the secure parking area.
